Evaporation

We offer a customized design of evaporation systems according to the real needs of the industrial plant. We have already prepared for the sugar and ethanol industry practically all types of evaporation systems. Among the projects are:

Multiple effect (4 effects), fully automated, Roberts type for ethanol broth to guarantee high brix in fermentation. Today this system provides one of the highest alcoholic degrees of conventional fermentation in Brazil;
Multiple effect (5 effects), fully automated, multiple-type satellites hull and tubes for evaporation of sugar;
Multiple effect (5 effects) for white sugar with rigid color control criteria with a pre-evaporation arrangement using the MultiVap system (satellites to plates) and with the remainder of the effects with Roberts type evaporators.
