Deployment Management
In the management of works, the performance of Reunion Engenharia can encompass the following activities and management:
Time management:
- Elaboration of a work schedule with all the interfaces of the schedules between suppliers and integrators in all the disciplines of the enterprise;
- Monitoring / monitoring of the physical schedule with reports made with determined frequency and according to the criticality of the activity involved.
Financial management:
- Elaboration of event schedule with the definition of events for payment of suppliers;
- Approval of measurements of payment events;
- Follow-up of the financial schedule of the work with reports drawn up with determined frequency and according to the criticality of the activity involved.
Quality management:
Support to guarantee the fulfillment of the suppliers with the quality required by the norms / requirements of the same. Reunion support is offered through the following activities:
- Planning and monitoring the quality of the projects with the elaboration of the Plan of Quality of the Enterprise and definition of all the criteria of follow-up and procedures to be adopted and definition of the standards of the procedures to be followed in the expansion;
- Monitoring and verification of the work carried out by contracted companies;
- Analysis of Quality Assurance Manuals, developed by contracted companies.
Scope Management:
- Analysis and verification of the scope of suppliers and integrators to ensure that all the materials and services necessary for the realization of the project are being considered;
- Follow up of the technical documentation of the work guaranteeing that all the documents that are being used are certified and in their last revisions.
