Supplier Management (Diligence)
The Supplier Management Service (fulfillment) is to monitor the process of supplying equipment from the arrival of the purchase order to the supplier to the shipment to the customer, through the purchase order issuing of materials, manufacturing and testing.
The objective of this work is to ensure that the customer receives the equipment purchased within the scope, term and quality agreed in the contract and that there is a reciprocity between the physical and financial schedules so that the interim payments are in tune with the progress of the services.
From the release of the client / supplier contract, a schedule of visits is defined so that technicians of Reunion Engenharia can monitor the supply. The number of visits is defined by the complexity of the supply (and number of sub-suppliers) and can be increased if the process shows deviations. Every visit is documented in a photographic report that includes a suggestive action plan to heal deviations.
